Apple Cites Alabama Law, Asks Judge to Dismiss iPhone Suit

Apple has filed a motion asking a federal judge to dismiss a suit brought by disgruntled iPhone 3G owners who failed to contact Apple and ask the company to repair their phones. Alabama law dictated consumers are required to ask for repair or replacement of defective products before they file a lawsuit.
