As is typical of Incase s designs, both of the armbands are visually attractive. The iPod touch version is available in black only, with a dark gray soft plastic frame around the touch s face, while the iPod nano Sports Armband is sold in both black and blue/gray versions. Each has the Incase name on the front, a subtle Incase leaf icon frosted into the clear plastic face protectors, and another leaf on the neoprene armband.

Founded in December 2002, Luxpro launched its first MP3 player in 2004. A “Super Shuffle” was showcased in Germany at the March 2005 CeBIT trade show, which resulted in an injunction from Apple, through a German court, to prevent Luxpro from making, distributing or selling MP3 players. The injunction was ultimately reversed and upheld in Taiwan’s Supreme Court.

Cupertino (CA) – The economy may be crumbling, but Apple steams ahead with 35% revenue growth in the third quarter, supported by strong iPhone sales and what seems to be an unstoppable Mac. Apple CEO Steve Jobs honored listeners to the Q3 (fiscal Q4) conference call with a surprise appearance and mentioned that he does not know “how this economic downturn will affect”, but highlighted Apples current product line and its employees to battle a possible recession.

Specifically, you’ve got grey, blue, green, pink and Product (RED) to choose from. Everything else is the same; the 1GB model costs $49US while the 2GB version is $69US. Personally, I liked the orange and am sad to see it go. I’m quite happy with my “fat” nano, but I’m often tempted to buy a shuffle.

The speakers are currently only available in France; let us hope that they come to the rest of the world. Jean-Michel Jarre has always been on a mission to improve music, what better way than to tackle the Apple iPod. Jarre has said that our computers and MP3 players sound terrible.

Located in sunny Melbourne, Australia, Bjango is a privately funded company founded in 2008 by Marc Edwards. Bjango (pronounced be-jan-go) is a new venture from part of the team that created iStat pro, iStat menus, Organized and quite a few other successful donationware apps and widgets under the moniker of iSlayer. Bjango currently has 4 iPhone apps on the App Store, with many more to come. iSlayer was formed in early June 2005.
